I liked that arm workout. It totally hits a number of muscles in the one flowing movement. They seem simple moves but are very effective. The leg movements are something different. I did struggle there. I was amazed at how high Tracey's leg can go!! I liked the fact it was just 15 minutes long to...I added it at the end of a cardio session and ouch my legs did struggle.
